These terms govern your use of the NOMN website (nomn.ai, nomn.jp) and any software products purchased or downloaded from it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

## Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

## License
When you purchase a NOMN product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own computers. You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or share the software or license keys. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Each license key has a maximum number of activations as specified at the time of purchase. Activations may be managed through your account.

## Trials
Free trials are available for selected products. Trials provide full functionality for a limited period (typically 5 days). Trials expire automatically and carry no obligation to purchase. Trial license keys are for personal evaluation only.

## Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in JPY and USD. Regional pricing adjustments may apply based on your location. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

## Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@nomn.jp with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

## Intellectual Property
All NOMN products, including software, documentation, visual design, audio content, and trademarks, are the property of POLYTOPE KK. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the license to use purchased software as described above.

## Limitation of Liability
NOMN software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYTOPE KK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products, regardless of the cause of action.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

## Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our software is revoked. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

## Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
